Definitions
In these terms and conditions, unless the context indicates a contrary intention, the following words and expressions bear the meanings assigned to them and cognate expressions bear corresponding meanings –
- “Administration Fees” means the amount we charge you if there are Late Fees or Replacement Fees payable, if you cancel a Rental, or if you return or exchange clothing that does not fit;
- “Clothing” means any dresses, suits, clothing garments and other accessories available for rental from us; if the context so requires, “Clothing” will also mean the specific Clothing which you have Rented from us;
- Dollhouse Emporium“, “Dollhouse“, “us“, “our” and “we” means Statelier Pty Ltd (Registration number 2021/904422/07), trading as Dollhouse Emporium, operating the website domain dollhousedressrentals.co.za
- “Fitting Fee” means the non-refundable charge required to book a fitting appointment to try on rental items. This fee applies regardless of whether an item is subsequently selected for rental or not, and represents the cost of the fitting service itself.
- “Hire“, “Rental” or “Rented” means the rental of Clothing from us;
- “Hire Cost” means the amount payable by you for the Rental, as indicated on the Website or as otherwise agreed with us in writing;
- “Hire Period” means the period for which you Rent the Clothing as selected on the Website or as otherwise agreed with us in writing;
- “Damage Deposit” or “deposit” means the refundable amount charged in addition to the Hire Cost, held as security against potential damage to or loss of rented items. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 working days after the rented items are returned and inspected, provided no damage, loss, or other charges as specified in these Terms and Conditions are applicable.
- “Late Fees” means the amount payable for returning the Clothing after the Hire Period, being an amount equal to 50% of the Hire Cost per day;
- “Physical Location” means our premises at 139 Featherview Estate, Falls Road, Krugersdorp, 1739;
- “Replacement Fees” means the amount up to 200% of the retail value of the Clothing which has not been returned or has been damaged or altered in any way, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion, acting reasonably;
- “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions contained herein which regulate our relationship with you;
- “User” and “you” means the individual making use of the Website and services provided by us; and
- “Website” means the website and/or the Instagram or Facebook page of Dollhouse Emporium from time to time.
1. Agreement
By placing an order through our website or at our physical location (139 Featherview Estate, Falls Road, Krugersdorp, 1739), you enter into a legally binding contract with Statelier Pty Ltd (Registration Number: 2021/904422/07) trading as Dollhouse Emporium.
Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is confirmed when you check the acceptance box, send a confirmatory email, request items via our Instagram page, or arrange a rental through any direct communication channel. Upon taking any of these actions, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and accepted all terms herein, and Dollhouse Emporium is entitled to proceed with your rental on this basis.
Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions is confirmed when you check the acceptance box, send a confirmatory email, request items via our Instagram page, or arrange a rental through any direct communication channel. Upon taking any of these actions, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and accepted all terms herein, and Dollhouse Emporium is entitled to proceed with your rental on this basis.
2. Payment
- You explicitly authorize Statelier Pty Ltd trading as Dollhouse Emporium to charge your selected payment method for booking a fitting appointment through our website.
- For dress rental orders, you will receive an invoice that must be paid via cash deposit or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- You confirm that you are fully authorized to use the payment method provided and that sufficient funds are available to cover all charges.
- You agree not to dispute or reverse any payment once made if Dollhouse Emporium has fulfilled its responsibilities in providing the rental items.
- If any payment is declined or not received by the due date, you agree to pay the outstanding amount within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to do so may result in additional administrative costs and/or cancellation of your booking.
- A refundable deposit may be required to cover potential damage, loss, or late return fees. This deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after the rented items have been returned, inspected and found to be in an acceptable condition.
- We accept payments through Paystack for fitting appointments, and cash deposits or EFT for rental invoices. Bank account details for transfers will be provided on your invoice.
- After successful payment confirmation, we will email you all necessary information regarding your rental.
3. security & Transaction Details
- All online transactions for Dollhouse Emporium fitting appointments are processed through Paystack, an approved payment gateway that ensures secure processing.
- Paystack employs industry-standard encryption technology and security protocols to protect your payment information, and no card details are stored on our website.
- For more information on security measures, you may visit paystack.com to view their security certificate and security policy.
- Dollhouse Emporium stores all customer personal details separately from any payment information, which is entered directly on Paystack’s secure platform.
- The merchant outlet country at the time of transaction is South Africa, and all transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
- Dollhouse Emporium accepts full responsibility for all aspects of transactions conducted through our service, including rental of items, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
4. Legal Jurisdiction
- This website, all transactions, and these Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of South Africa.
- Statelier Pty Ltd trading as Dollhouse Emporium formally selects its registered address at 139 Featherview Estate, Falls Road, Krugersdorp, 1739 as its domicilium citandi et executandi (legal address for service) for all purposes under this agreement, including court proceedings, formal notices, and any other legal communications.
- Statelier Pty Ltd trading as Dollhouse Emporium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
5. Company Information
This website is operated by Statelier Ltd Pty, a private company registered in South Africa with registration number 2021/904422/07, trading as Dollhouse Emporium.
6. Applicability and Amendments
- These Terms and Conditions remain in effect throughout your entire Rental period, including any extensions due to late returns, and during any subsequent dispute resolution related to your Rental or website usage.
- Dollhouse Emporium reserves the right to make minor and administrative changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you.
- For substantial modifications to these Terms and Conditions, Dollhouse Emporium will provide at least 5 days’ advance notice through our website or via email to registered users.
If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms and Conditions, your sole remedy is to discontinue using our Rental services or website. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms
7. Rental Process
7.1 Identification
For security purposes, we may request government-issued identification (such as passport or driver's license) before completing your rental booking. If requested identification is not provided within the specified timeframe, Dollhouse Emporium reserves the right to refuse or cancel the booking without further obligation.
7.2 Ownership
All rental items remain at all times the exclusive property of Dollhouse Emporium. You obtain no ownership rights to any items through rental. Dollhouse Emporium reserves the absolute right to retrieve items at any time if these Terms and Conditions are violated, with appropriate notice where possible.
7.3 Booking Period
The rental period you select is inclusive of both the start and end dates. For example, a 4-day rental period that begins on Friday and ends on Monday counts both Friday and Monday as part of the 4-day period. You are responsible for the Clothing throughout the entire Hire Period.
7.4 Availability of Clothing
- While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, Dollhouse Emporium makes no warranties or guarantees that Clothing displayed on our Website will be available at the time of your booking.
- Various circumstances beyond our control may cause Clothing to become unavailable at short notice, including but not limited to damage or non-return by previous customers.
- In cases where booked items become unavailable, we will make every effort to notify you as early as possible to allow for alternative arrangements.
- If we cannot fulfill your rental due to unavailability, we will provide a full refund of any Hire Costs already paid for the unavailable item(s).
7.5 Delivery
- You must ensure that someone is available to receive delivery at the address provided during the specified delivery window. Failure to be available may result in extra delivery fees.
- Rental bookings should ideally be made at least two working days before your desired start date if you’re located in Gauteng province. Customers located in other provinces should book at least 4 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- While we strive for on-time delivery, if courier delays occur that are beyond our control, no refund will be offered unless the item arrives too late for your planned event.
- For last-minute orders (placed less than 3 business days before the delivery date), if delivery issues occur, you will receive store credit rather than a refund.
- You are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Items undeliverable due to incorrect address details will not qualify for refunds.
- We guarantee that all Clothing will be clean, pressed, and ready to wear when delivered to you.
- If delivery problems occur due to our negligence or the courier’s fault (including late delivery, incorrect items, or items not fit for use), we will offer you the choice of: extending your Hire Period (subject to availability), refunding a portion of the Hire Fee for the affected period, or providing a full refund and cancelling the rental.
7.6 Collection & Return
- If you select self-collection, you assume complete responsibility for the Clothing from the moment it leaves our premises, whether collected by you personally, a friend, or a third-party service.
- For courier returns, you must be available at the specified collection address at the arranged time and personally hand the items to the courier.
- Dollhouse Emporium is not responsible for any collection or return costs unless specified otherwise in writing.
- Return collection occurs on the date labelled “Return on” during checkout and in your confirmation email. If this date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, collection will occur on the next business day.
- It is your explicit responsibility to ensure the Clothing is properly packaged and given to the courier at the agreed time and location. Failure to do so will result in applicable Late Fees.
- If you miss the scheduled return collection, you may arrange for another courier at your own expense, but Late Fees and Administrative Fees will apply if this return occurs after the end of the Hire Period.
- Alternative return arrangements may be made with our prior written consent (granted or denied at our sole discretion).
- Upon receiving returned items, we will thoroughly inspect them for any damage, alterations, or missing components.
- We do not accept responsibility for any personal belongings left in returned Clothing. While we will make reasonable efforts to return found items if requested, we are not liable for any personal items not recovered.
8. Item Condition
8.1 Incorrect or Faulty Items
- If you discover upon delivery that you’ve received incorrect items, you must notify us immediately (within 4 hours) via email with photographic evidence. If time permits, we will attempt to deliver the correct replacement.
- Any damages, faults, or noticeable stains must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item and before wearing it. Photographic evidence should be included in your report.
- Failure to notify us of issues within the specified timeframe will forfeit your right to a refund as we cannot determine when or by whom the damage was caused.
- You should report all issues even if you still intend to wear the item, as this may entitle you to a discount and will ensure you are not held responsible for pre-existing conditions.
- Please understand that our rental garments have been worn previously and may show minor signs of wear. A refund will not be granted for issues considered minor or insignificant based on the nature of previously-worn formal wear.
- For approved refunds related to item condition, you will typically need to return the item for assessment before a refund is processed. If approved, you will receive a full refund excluding any courier fees paid.
8.2 Fit Issues
- If the Clothing does not fit properly, you must notify us within 4 hours of receiving delivery with a clear explanation of the fit issue by sending a WhatsApp message to 061 512 1458.
- Upon timely notification, depending on the timeframe before your event, we will:
- Try our best to deliver a replacement dress in your correct size as quickly as possible
- Offer you the option to collect another available item from our collection
- Provide you with a gift card or credit note (minus all delivery costs) if we cannot find a suitable replacement for the specific event
- These resolution options only apply if the item does not fit to the extent that you reasonably cannot wear it. If you’ve changed your mind about the style, or the item fits but you no longer want it for any other reason, none of these resolutions will apply.
- All courier fees—including the original delivery, return of the item that didn’t fit, and delivery of any replacement items—will be for the client’s account. No courier fees will be refunded or credited under any circumstances.
- Refunds for fit issues will exclude delivery fees and dry-cleaning costs and may be issued in the form of store credit or gift cards valid for 3 months unless otherwise specified.
- Administration Fees may apply to cover the cost of processing size exchanges or returns.
- Failure to notify us of fit issues within the 4-hour window will result in the assumption that the fit is acceptable and may limit your options for exchange or store credit.
9. Cancellations
9.1 Customer Cancellations
- Any cancellations made 14 days or more before the booked event date will be given in the form of credit or gift card for the full amount.
- No store credit or gift card will be issued for items that are kept for the entire Hire Period or after an item has been sent, regardless of whether they were worn or not.
- If you need to change your event date after booking confirmation, you must inform Dollhouse Emporium within 14 days from the date of booking confirmation and payment.
- Date changes requested within the 14-day period will be accommodated subject to dress availability, or store credit will be issued for the rental amount.
- No store credit or changes will be permitted for date change requests made after 14 days from the booking confirmation and payment date.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, all credit notes issued for cancellations are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
9.2 Company Cancellations
- Dollhouse Emporium may cancel your booking for any reason with notice to you.
- In the event of a company-initiated cancellation, compensation will be limited to a full refund of the amounts you paid for the booking and courier fees.
- Dollhouse Emporium is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from cancellation.
- Common reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to: damage to the item by a previous customer, loss or theft of the item, or inability to deliver in time due to previous late returns or courier issues.
- In all company cancellation cases, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
10. Extending Hire
- If you wish to extend your Hire Period, you must request an extension by email before the original Hire Period ends. Last-minute extension requests may not be accommodated.
- Dollhouse Emporium has the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to approve or refuse extensions of the Hire Period based on factors including but not limited to subsequent bookings of the same item.
- If your extension request is approved, we will send confirmation via email that includes all necessary details, including the additional Hire Cost for the extended period.
- Payment for the extension must be made immediately upon approval to secure the additional rental period.
11. Cleaning, Care & Use of Clothing
- Dollhouse Emporium professionally cleans all garments after each rental return. This service is included in your Hire Cost.
- Under no circumstances should you attempt to clean any rental items yourself or have them cleaned by anyone else, including professional cleaners.
- You explicitly agree to treat all rented Clothing with the highest standard of care throughout the Hire Period.
- Upon receiving your rental items, you must promptly inspect them and report any damage, defects, or signs of wear and tear in writing with photographic evidence. This documentation protects you from being charged for pre-existing conditions.
- No additional fees will be charged for normal stains that can be removed through our standard cleaning process.
- You must not alter the Clothing in any way, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior written consent from Dollhouse Emporium. This includes but is not limited to cutting, hemming, or using hem tape.
- While wearing the garment, take reasonable precautions to prevent excessive soiling or damage, especially when eating, drinking, or applying makeup/perfume.
- Never apply perfume, body spray, or scented lotions directly on the garments as they can stain, discolor fabrics and damage embellishments. Apply these products before dressing and allow them to dry completely.
- All clients are required to use appropriate antiperspirant protection to prevent damage from perspiration.
- Avoid pairing textured accessories (such as rough clutch bags) or textured shoes with delicate fabrics including mesh, satin, and bandage materials, as these can cause irreparable tears and pulls.
- Take special care with makeup and tanning products, particularly when wearing light-colored items. Consider using a makeup scarf when dressing and undressing.
- Use of fake tan products is at your own risk. If fake tan causes permanent staining that cannot be removed through our cleaning, damage fees will apply.
- All Clothing must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for reasonable wear consistent with normal use during the Hire Period.
- All accessories provided with the rental item, including cover skirts, undergarments, garment bags, and hangers, are considered integral parts of the rental and must be treated with the same level of care as the main garment.
- You must return all accessories provided with the rental item at the time of collection/return. Failure to return any accessories (including but not limited to cover skirts, undergarments, garment bags, or hangers) will be considered damage to the rental package.
- Missing accessories will result in charges that will be deducted from your damage deposit. If the cost of replacing these items exceeds your damage deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference, which must be paid within 5 days.
12. Damage & Loss
- Upon receipt of your rental items, examine them carefully and immediately report any damage by email with clear photographs. If you fail to report pre-existing damage, you may be held responsible for it.
- Do not attempt to repair any damage yourself, even minor issues such as loose threads or missing beads. Unauthorized repair attempts may result in additional charges.
- Minor repairs such as button replacement or small seam fixes will be handled at no additional cost if the damage occurred during normal wear.
- For permanent damage that cannot be repaired to rental-quality condition, you will be charged up to 150% of the item’s retail replacement price (RRP). This higher rate reflects import costs and the difficulty of replacing exclusive garments.
- Lost items or garments not returned within 5 calendar days after the Hire Period ends will incur charges up to 200% of the RRP, representing both replacement cost and lost rental income.
- Items that have been paid for as damaged or lost will not be returned to you even after damage fees are paid, as they remain the property of Dollhouse Emporium.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you explicitly authorize Dollhouse Emporium to charge your provided payment method for any damage or loss fees. You will be notified before such charges are processed.
- If you fail to return Clothing and have paid all applicable Replacement Fees, Late Fees, and Administrative Fees, ownership of the items will transfer to you, though this “sale” is made on a voetstoots (as-is) basis with no warranties.
13. Responsibility for Consequential Delays
- If you return a rented dress with damage requiring repair or urgent cleaning before the next scheduled rental, you will be responsible for all associated costs.
- These costs include not only repair and cleaning expenses but also any expedited delivery fees necessary to fulfil the subsequent rental booking.
- If your damage causes delays affecting the next customer’s rental, you will be liable for financial compensation, including refunds to the next customer or covering alternative arrangement costs.
- You accept responsibility for any urgent courier servicing fees required to ensure timely delivery of the repaired item to the next customer.
- These consequential costs will be charged in addition to any standard damage fees applicable to the condition of the returned item.
- These fees will be deducted from your refundable deposit. Should these costs exceed your refundable deposit, an invoice will be sent to you for the difference. This invoice must be paid within 5 days from when it was sent.
- Failure to pay these additional costs within the specified timeframe may result in further administrative fees and potential legal action to recover amounts owed.
- Dollhouse Emporium will provide an itemized breakdown of all consequential costs upon request.
14. Late Returns
- Late return fees will apply if you fail to make the Clothing available for collection on the scheduled return date or if you miss the courier collection.
- The late fee is calculated at 50% of the daily rental rate per day until the items are returned. For example, if your rental fee was R500, late fees would be R250 per day.
- While we may offer a grace period of 1-2 days at our discretion, this will not apply if your late return affects a subsequent booking for another customer.
- If you miss the scheduled courier collection, you remain responsible for arranging prompt return of the items. Additional courier fees for rescheduled collection will be your responsibility.
- You explicitly authorize Dollhouse Emporium to deduct late fees from your refundable deposit. You will be notified of this.
- We reserve the right to charge reasonable Administration Fees to cover the costs of managing late returns and rescheduling subsequent rentals affected by your delay.
15. Fittings
- “Fitting Fee” means the non-refundable charge of R500 required to book a fitting appointment to try on rental items. This fee applies regardless of whether an item is subsequently selected for rental or not.
- Fitting appointments must be booked via our website and are only confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid bookings will automatically be released back into our calendar system.
- Fitting appointments are available by appointment only and must be booked and paid for online at least 24 hours in advance.
- Each fitting session is 30 minutes in duration and allows you to try on up to five (5) items.
- If you wish to try on additional items beyond the five included in your fitting fee and time permits within your 30-minute slot, you may do so at a cost of R100 per additional item.
- If you proceed with renting a dress following your fitting, the R500 Fitting Fee will be deducted from your total rental cost only if you book, confirm, and pay for the rental item within 4 weeks of your fitting date.
- If you do not proceed with renting a dress within 4 weeks after your fitting, or if you choose not to rent at all, the Fitting Fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future rentals.
- You may reschedule your fitting appointment within a four-week period of your original booking date. After this period, a new booking and Fitting Fee will be required.
- Dollhouse Emporium operates on a priority system where fully paid rentals take precedence over fittings. To secure a specific dress, we recommend booking and paying for the full rental in advance rather than just a fitting.
- If you and another person both wish to try on dresses, separate fitting appointments must be booked.
- If no suitable time slots are available on our online booking system, you may contact us via WhatsApp at 0615121458 to request alternative arrangements, which we will accommodate at our discretion.
- The location for all fittings is in Krugersdorp (near Silverstar Casino & Cradlestone Mall). The exact address will be provided upon confirmation of your fitting appointment.
- By booking a fitting, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the Fitting Fee is a service charge that covers expert styling advice and handling of our rental items.
16. Liability Limitation
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that Dollhouse Emporium will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses related to:
- Cancellation of rental bookings
- Late or non-delivery of rental items
- Quality issues with delivered items
- This limitation includes but is not limited to economic loss, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, loss of opportunity, and business interruption.
- Dollhouse Emporium’s maximum liability for any claim will be strictly limited to the total amount you paid for the specific rental transaction in question.
- This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether Dollhouse Emporium has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. Credit and Gift Card Policy
- Dollhouse Emporium does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- In certain situations, as specified in these Terms and Conditions, store credit or gift cards may be issued.
- All store credits and gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- Store credits and gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Store credits and gift cards are not transferable to another person.
- For orders placed using multiple payment methods, any eligible credits will be issued proportionately across those same methods.
- All credit and gift card decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dollhouse Emporium in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in effect on your order date applies to that specific transaction. We recommend reviewing these terms before each rental.
19. Pre-Shipping Inspection
- Before dispatching any rental item, Dollhouse Emporium conducts a comprehensive quality inspection process.
- Our trained inspection team thoroughly checks all aspects of each garment, including fabric condition, seam integrity, zipper functionality, and decorative elements like beads and rhinestones.
- We verify that the color, size, and quantity match the packing list to ensure accuracy.
- This rigorous inspection process is designed to give you confidence when ordering from us, knowing that each item has been carefully examined before shipping.
20. Warranties and Representations
- Dollhouse Emporium provides rental items on an “as-is” basis and does not provide any warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the Clothing or website functionality.
- You rent Clothing entirely at your own risk and acknowledge that items may appear different in person than they do in website photographs due to factors including lighting, screen resolution, and individual fit.
- As a dress rental company, we maintain our inventory to high standards. However, you acknowledge that rental items have been worn by previous clients and may show signs of reasonable wear consistent with normal use, such as minor threading issues, subtle fading, or slight stretching that does not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the garment.
- Each item undergoes professional cleaning and quality inspection between rentals, but the nature of rental clothing means items are not brand new and will have a rental history. This is reflected in our pricing model.
- By using our rental service, you explicitly warrant that:
- If you are a minor, you have obtained the consent of a parent/guardian to enter into this agreement
- You possess full legal capacity to agree to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions
- You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions form a valid, legally binding contract enforceable against you
- Each warranty you provide is separate, not limited by other warranties in this agreement, is independently severable, and is considered material to this agreement.
21. Events Beyond Our Control
- If circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, Dollhouse Emporium will not be liable for non-performance or delays.
- These circumstances include but are not limited to: courier delays or failures, severe weather conditions affecting shipments, damage to specific items by previous clients requiring unexpected repairs, items being lost or stolen in transit, supplier delays, pandemic-related restrictions, or other similar events.
- In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives where possible, such as substitution with similar items or store credit.
- Dollhouse Emporium sources items from various international suppliers and is not a design house. We cannot guarantee the exclusivity of our rental items, and there is a possibility that identical or similar garments may be available through other rental companies or retailers. We accept no liability if you encounter someone wearing the same or similar outfit.
- This force majeure provision does not apply to your payment obligations, which remain in effect regardless of external circumstances.
- If an event beyond our control prevents us from providing your rental, any payments made will be converted to store credit valid for 3 months from the date of notification.
22. Notice for Service
- For all legal and formal notices, Statelier Pty Ltd designates its physical address at 139 Featherview Estate, Falls Road, Krugersdorp, 1739 as its official service address.
- The physical and email addresses you provide during the rental process will serve as your designated addresses for all notices and legal communications relating to your rental.
- You may update your contact information by providing at least 3 days’ written notice to us.
- We may update our contact information by modifying these Terms and Conditions and publishing the updates on our website.
23. Miscellaneous
- These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by South African law, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts for dispute resolution.
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.
- Our failure to enforce any provision or exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provisions in the future.
- Statelier Pty Ltd may transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to third parties; however, you may not transfer or assign your rights without our prior written consent.
- If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect our original intent or severed from the agreement, with all remaining provisions continuing in full force and effect.
